Joellene Rosier is currently a student at Miami Dade College, majoring in Civil Engineering and minoring in Business Administration. She completed her high school education at Michael Krop High School. Together with her sister, Lovely Rosier, and her loved one, Elijah Furlow, Joellene contributed to and inspired her father in the creation of this program.
