Founder
Joseph Rosier is a dedicated small business entrepreneur within the Haitian American community in South Florida. He emigrated to the U.S. in 1994, bringing with him a strong educational foundation that includes bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and theology from Grand Séminaire Notre-Dame, affiliated with Rome’s Urbaniana University, as well as degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from Haiti State University. In the U.S., he furthered his education at Florida International University, pursuing a master’s degree in public administration.
Joseph’s career began at Miami Dade College, where he served as an academic advisor and later as a community liaison specialist. He then earned professional certifications and licenses in Insurance, Real Estate, and Tax Preparation, leading to the establishment of his own business, USA Tax Pro & Insurance, in 2014.
Grateful for the family support, friends, and sponsorship that helped him succeed during his formative years in Haiti, Joseph has always felt a deep commitment to giving back to his community. In 2002, he founded the Haitian American Youth Task Force, originally known as the Haitian American Youth Foundation, to address issues such as youth crime, delinquency, school dropout rates, and to promote academic achievement within the community.
Today, as Haiti confronts unprecedented challenges, Joseph has launched GIVE BACK HAITI, a movement aimed at rallying Haitians at home and abroad, as well as friends of Haiti, to join in rebuilding the nation’s educational infrastructure and enhancing the Haitian military. He extends his warm gratitude to everyone who supports and contributes to this vital cause.
